ooh, that's hot

I like this a lot. There's only a couple things that are out of place, like the trance synth. If you have a trance synth, you better burst into trance! But I loved everything happening in the background for sure. Way too short. Keep it up!

SolusLunes responds:

Feh. Trance + Ambience... TRAMBIENCE?!

Mmmyes. Thank you for the review though :D

Love your work.

nooooooooice

When I first heard this, I was like "Is Kevin using synths??" then I quickly realized you were and shed a single tear. Part of that story is true.

But yeah, good synth use. The bloom of the audio gets a little excessive in the later part of the song. By that, I mean, you kinda blow out the speakers a little. Nothing that a little compression and volume control can't fix, though. Very solid song. Very very solid. Anybody who complains that it's repeditive is stupid. Keep it up! I can tell you're settling into a style.

SensoryDecay responds:

Thanks steven, can't wait to see what you did with the collab song man.

Nice

I enjoyed this a lot! What happened to the other 124 pianos.. I'm kidding, I'm sure that's the tempo, right? Well, whatever it means, I like it. Something like this deserves a proper title and some backup material! Keep it up.

Hellz Yeah

The Ambient section has been in need of more tracks like this. True chill ambience, instead of all the light-hearted trash that some NG artists try to pass off as ambient music. The heart of this one is the subtle guitar play in the middle of the song. It's pretty damn magical. Definitely your most focused track to date. It would benefit from the incorporation of another instrument though (or wacky sound fx!)

SensoryDecay responds:

thanks again Gill, you support me once again!

woo!

Haha, I unknowingly listened to this about 8 times in a row while talking to you on AIM, and I was bobbing my head the whole time! It never gets old! Good work!

ah very nice

Even better than the version you showed me the other day! The precussion, although minimal, sounds very natural. Almost sounds like it was played live. Gotta love that. Well.. you've already heard my opinions on everything else :D Keep up the good work.

Kid2Will responds:

thanks man. i got a new laptop now, finally. and i am saving up to actually buy FL this time.

tasty!

Very nice soundscape here. Although, I have to say I liked it much better before all the voice acting kicked in. Sorry if this offends you! But yeah, fantastic job as always, my friend.

LJCoffee responds:

Heh - Thanks Gill!

No offense taken at all - This was part of an exercise that I posted:

http://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/topic.php?id=580135

All of the music was generated in less than 15 minutes using a crude formula and a few stickers - adjusting levels and tweaking filters took longer than the rest :D

As for the voice - It was taken from what was originally made as a comedy/parody that a few of us filmed a few years back - taken out of context though it sounded fairly creepy so I figured what the hell - I'll throw 'em in there and see what happens.

BTW - I still listen to your CD on occasion :D - putting out another anytime soon?

haha, pretty sweet

Argh, the riffs are too chiseled.. They're hurting my ears! Other than that, I really enjoyed it! Never bursts into the orgy of synth and drums I was hoping for, but I loved the play between the synths, even if they were a bit too hard cut. I'd love to hear more of like the parts where the synths go crazy and play for a while. Dunno if you know what I'm talking about.. Keep it up, man!

Kid2Will responds:

Thanks Gillenium.

Hey everybody. I'm an electronica artist here at Newgrounds. Review and download all my music till your ears start to bleed. Thank you. Oh, and I respond to every review. Every... single... ONE! AGH!
